- Migration help or office-suite features such as documents, calendars or video calls

Billing and cancellation
Payment runs through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no minimum contract. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
There are no partial-period refunds. Cancelling an annual plan part-way through the year does not give a pro-rata refund for the unused months. The terms are the contractual source.
From payment to working mail
- Check out with your contact email and the domain you want to host mail on.
- Point the domain's nameservers at ns1.vaylomail.com and ns2.vaylomail.com, or agree a DNS plan with support if you need to keep an existing website or DNS provider.
- Your server is usually ready 5–15 minutes after checkout, and your login details arrive by email. DNS propagation can add time before mail works.

How much does VayloMail cost?
£35 a month, or £315 billed annually, for one managed mail server with a dedicated IP. There is no setup fee.
Is there more than one plan?
No. There is one plan, the Private Mail Server, billed monthly or annually.
Is VayloMail priced per user?
No. The price is for the server, not per mailbox or seat. Storage and capacity are finite, so ask support if you plan a large number of mailboxes.
Can I cancel at any time?
