// WHY VAYLOMAIL

Infrastructure shared inboxes can't match.

Built from the ground up for resellers and automation workflows that Gmail and Outlook will never keep up with.

01

No rate limits

Push thousands of messages a day without Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo throttling, blocking or sandboxing you.

02

Dedicated server

Your own isolated infrastructure. No noisy neighbours, no shared-IP reputation, no surprise outages from someone else’s spam run.

03

Built for automation

Unlimited concurrent IMAP connections — purpose-built for ticket scrapers, OTP fetchers and parallel-worker fleets.

Bring your own domain

Use a domain you already own — point its nameservers at VayloMail and you're live.

// FAQ

Questions, answered.

01How long does setup take?
Usually 5–15 minutes after checkout. You'll get your login credentials by email the moment your server is live.
02Can I use my own domain?
Yes — that's the standard setup. Enter your domain at checkout, then point its nameservers to ns1.vaylomail.com and ns2.vaylomail.com after signup.
03What happens right after I check out?
We provision your dedicated mail server and email your login the moment it's live — usually within 5–15 minutes. Then you point your domain's nameservers at ns1.vaylomail.com and ns2.vaylomail.com, and mail starts flowing once DNS propagates.
04Do you support IMAP, SMTP and ManageSieve?
IMAP on 993, SMTP submission on 587, ManageSieve on 4190. Works with Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, every mobile client, and any standard IMAP automation library.
05Will my mail land in inboxes?
Every server ships with DKIM, SPF, DMARC, TLS and reverse DNS configured — the baseline the big providers expect. Brand-new IPs warm up over a few days; ongoing placement depends on what and how you send.
06Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe — cancel from your customer portal whenever you like. No contract, no setup fee.
