Use the hostname and credentials supplied for your own server. Port numbers are not login credentials.
Domain and onboarding
Use your own domain. Standard onboarding uses VayloMail nameservers after the server is ready. If you need to preserve an existing website, DNS provider or mail service, agree the DNS plan with support before making changes.
Server setup is usually advertised as 5–15 minutes. Provisioning delays and DNS propagation can extend the time before mail works.
Published protection and backup features
The public offering lists SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS and reverse DNS configuration, plus nightly offsite backups with 14-day retention. These are product descriptions, not an independent audit or a guarantee of recovery time.
Ask support to confirm restore scope, storage allocation, server location and your required recovery objectives.
